I did eventually get my refund, but it took a lot longer than it should have. I feel kind of stupid for trusting them and thinking it would be handled quickly. At least the money came back in the end, but the whole process was frustrating...

I checked out popus.com thinking I’d find a decent mix of options, but the selection felt limited. Maybe I was expecting too much, I’m not sure, but a lot of the sections seemed to have the same kinds of items or just not much in them at all.

I guess it’s possible I just looked at the wrong time or missed something, but I ended up feeling kind of disappointed. I left without buying anything because there just wasn’t enough variety for what I was looking for

I did reach out to support with a question, and they got back to me, just not quite as fast as I would’ve liked. If it had been something urgent, I probably would’ve been more annoyed, but for my situation it was fine.

Overall, I’d give them 4 stars. For the kind of stuff I used the site for, I feel comfortable using them again, though faster replies and clearer updates would definitely make the experience better.
